We kindly inform the Public that this is the revised user fees for Marine Parks and Reserves effective from 1st Sept 2021, as published in the Government Notice No.496B of 30th Jun 2021.

A: ENTRANCE FEE FOR EACH PERSON PER DAY IN THE MARINE PARKS

C: BOAT AND SPORT FISHING LICENSING WITHIN MARINE PARKS ONLY

1 Boats powered by engines of 40hp or less (including mashuas) trading in marine resources US$ 50 per month (VAT Exclusive)
2 Boats powered by engines of more than 4hp trading in Marine Resources US$ 100 per month (VAT Exclusive)
3 Visiting leisure boat privately owned and non-commercial US$ 100 for maximmum of 7 days (VAT Exclusive)
4 Visiting commercial leisure boat including chattered US$ 200 for maximmum of 7 days (VAT Exclusive)
5 Game fishing boat US$ 200 for maximmum of 7 days (VAT Exclusive)
6 Cruise ship/tourist passenger boat US$ 1000 for maximmum of 7 days (VAT Exclusive)
7 Visitors staying at lodges and fishing in a boat owned by registered Business in the Marine Parks or visiting game fishing boats shall pay a fishing license of US$ 50 for maximmum of 7 days (VAT Exclusive)
8 Fishermen on game fishing boats each pay a fee of US$ 50 for maximmum of 7 days (VAT Exclusive)
8 First ferry boats US$ 100 per Month (VAT Exclusive)
8 Operating Glass Bottomed Boat in the Marine Park US$ 100 per Month (VAT Exclusive)

D: LICENSED BOAT OPERATING WITHIN MARINE RESERVES ONLY:

1 Passenger boats with a carrying capacity of seven (7) to twenty(20) passengers US$ 100 per month(VAT Exclusive)
2 Passenger boats with a carrying capacity of twenty one(21) and above passengers US$ 150 per month(VAT Exclusive)
2 Local registered leisure boat US$ 20 per month(VAT Exclusive)
3 Foreign registered leisure boat US$ 50 per entry(VAT Exclusive)
3 Cruise ship tourist passanger boat US$ 1000 for seven (7)days entry(VAT Exclusive)
